Cannot believe the hotel is only 3 star. Initially dismissed it when booking but so glad we did. Cleaner than some 5 star hotels. Rooms lovely and spacious and guest areas spotless. Pool area was great and plenty of loungers. We were all inclusive, food was very good, plenty of choice and hot food was kept warm and replenished. Snack bar was great and good that you could help yourself to soft drinks as well as tea and coffee . Staff were so friendly. Location is perfect . Will be returning !

This was our 4th year staying at Globales Isabel and we had another great holiday. The staff really do make this hotel and are the reason we return year after year! Alex & Cecille from the entertainmemt team create such a fun atmosphere with the daily games for all the family. Ricardo, on reception, along with the restaurant manager, both helped to arrange my husbands birthday suprises during our stay, nothing was to much trouble. Fabion, Jessica & Rocio ( who had the biggest smile whenever we saw her) from the bar team were also great. This hotel gives us happy memories year after year, and we hope to return again!

My partner and I stayed here for 1 week all-inclusive. In general everything very good but several points to improve. POSITIVE: Very spacious rooms, everything very, very clean with daily towel changes and daily room cleaning, very delicious food, not much to choose from but everything very good and always varied, and the all-inclusive drinks are just like all all-inclusives. Very good location and very easy parking. NEGATIVE OR TO BE IMPROVED: The snack bar just has sandwiches, fruit, a few cookies left over from breakfast, and some little cups of ice cream that sometimes aren't even there... the snack bar is very, very poor... At the pool bar, you ask for a straw and they tell you it's only for the paid drinks... hello??? and the slushie... without a straw... well, it doesn't make sense... Comfortable beds but very noisy... The entertainment is only in English.. it's understandable because we were the only Spaniards in the hotel, but we are in SPAIN. The dinner schedule....now in summer I would extend it at least until 9:30 PM since it is very limited until 9:00 PM, given how long the summer evenings are... But in general we had a good time, just wanted to say hello to all the hotel employees who are very, very nice and friendly... Fabian, Jessica, Ernesto, Mohamed, the Cuban girl (I don't remember her name), and the entertainment girl... and many more, they are all wonderful, greetings from the Sevillians who were there. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR TREATING US LIKE WE WERE AT HOME!!
