A little disappointing for us - sorry 😞 We travel and stay in many Hilton’s around the world but this was lacking… don’t like negative reviews but the A/C let this hotel down plus a few little finishing touches…. We had 2 rooms one in the main block and another was a bungalow. The bungalow was great for our daughters - very spacious, bathroom huge and the A/c was brilliant and very much needed after day temps of 35/38!! Our room in main block of hotel had a huge balcony but too hot to sit on - the room space was average but the bathroom was tiny and the A/c topped out at 23.5 nothing lower 😤!! Hot night restless sleeps. Bathroom was very small with a shower that flooded and the shower was hanging out of the wall!! After day 3 we gave up speaking to reception.. After those negative points - the positive bit was the pool was plentiful of sun loungers, clean, tidy and loungers could not be reserved 👍🏼 pool was roped off until 9.30am but not great for early morning swimmers!! Overall would we return prob not - it was a lovely week away but the hot room was too much 😞 We were not alone about the A/C it is a standard problem with the main rooms of the hotel after listening to other guests! Enjoy your stay 🤩

No one could do a better job of taking care of their guests, with difficult circumstances, than Nataly at the Hilton Galatzo. We had a fantastic stay and beautiful rooms arranged by Nataly and Javier. No other hotel would be so accomodating and on top of all guests needs. Thank you

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay overall. Even the check-in was very chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed with checking in our larger group and unfortunately quite disorganized. As a result, the stay began with unnecessary waiting times. Afterward, we had to carry our luggage through the entire hotel ourselves – including several stairs – and find our rooms without assistance or explanation. Additionally, there were animals in our room. Although we reported this multiple times and requested that someone take care of it, it took a long time for a response. Overall, we were particularly disappointed with the service. With better organization and more support for the guests, the stay would have been significantly more pleasant.
