Never again!! If I get the booking for free!! Not at all!! Get away, this is the biggest disaster, dirty! The second staff member is constantly running around to hear who is loud, what a disaster!!

We arrived late after 11pm and we were welcomed by Luis who showed us around the apartment. We had no issues as everything was as expected. The rooms are nice and the public areas are all cleaned each day. Pool area is nice with ample sun beds. Our return flight was 9.15pm and the checkout is 11am however there is a locked luggage room and you are given a key . We had full access to the pool, shower room and toilets for the whole day so we were able to go out and enjoy our last day. The apartments have a relaxed atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay.

A very warm welcome despite the language barrier, a very very very clean place, the space of a large T3 with hotel comfort, cleaning done every day, by smiling, polite and efficient staff... A very pleasant swimming pool area and games with billiards, table football and darts outside.... In the heart of Palmanova seaside resort where nothing is missing, shopping, restaurant, nightclub, beach just crossing the street.. We feel safe with lots of cameras in the hotel and in the city... A worry-free vacation, thank you. I highly recommend
