Nautic Hotel

I purchased a gift for two people that included spa access, an outdoor circuit, and a massage through Groupon. The service from the receptionist was correct and very polite. The facilities are basic, but they are well-maintained and properly fulfill their purpose for enjoying a relaxing time. As an aspect to improve, I believe that if you pay for a couples massage, the price of which is higher than two individual bookings, it is logical to expect that both massages will be performed at the same time. However, that was not the case, but rather individually, something that should be clearly indicated before the purchase. I also did not like that, since it was a Groupon booking, they told us verbatim that we had to pay €1 for the towels. It is not a question of money, but of the feeling of receiving different treatment for having booked through Groupon. Furthermore, it would have been a nice touch to offer at least an herbal tea at the end of the experience. In general, the experience was correct, but there are small details that make the difference and that could improve customer service.

Definitely not a 4-star experience We booked a junior suite with sea views and expected something special, but it was honestly very disappointing. The room didn't feel like a suite at all. The "cozy area" mentioned in the description turned out to be nothing more than a small desk, which was not exactly what we were looking for on a holiday. The bathroom was probably the smallest I've ever experienced. The toilet was so cramped that I had to sit crooked, and there was practically no room to put toiletries or other bathroom essentials. The shower pressure was also extremely bad. In my opinion, the junior suite is actually worse than many standard double rooms. When I contacted the reception to ask what the difference was between the junior suite and a regular double room, they could not answer. After about a minute, they finally said the only difference was that the suite has an espresso machine. It was both surprising and disappointing. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were neither helpful nor accommodating when we voiced our concerns. The hotel also advertises that they have a gym. I don't think it can honestly be called a gym. The equipment looked decades old, several machines did not work properly and there was no air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable to use. Another strange experience was at dinner. We wanted to buy a beer with our food, but were told it was not possible. I've never experienced it in a hotel before. Overall, this hotel falls far short of the advertised 4-star rating. Based on our experience, it feels much closer to a 2-star hotel. The location is good, but unfortunately it was not enough to compensate for the disappointing room, facilities and service.

​ ​I had a wonderful vacation and I can only recommend the Hotel Nautic & Spa in Can Pastilla 100%! Strategic location: It is located just 4-5 km from the airport and is very convenient to reach thanks to the A2 bus stop, located right at the corner of the street. Moreover, the area is exceptional, surrounded by the best paella and meat restaurants, and great bars for the evening. Cleanliness and fragrance: One of the first things that catches the eye (and the nose!) is the amazing scent that can be felt everywhere, from the stairs to the entire structure. Impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast is a perfect 10: Rich, super varied, and with a chef who prepares dishes made to order without pause. The Staff (the true added value): At the reception, the welcome was fantastic, with super friendly, professional staff who were always smiling and available. The cleaning staff was also very kind and always attentive to meet our every need. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay special. We will definitely return to this establishment! 🔝💯💙
