Good 4 star hotel for short trip to the party mile of Mallorca. Ham road, beer king in sight, to the megapark 5 minutes walk and yet very appealing and also not so loud. Room at 12. Stock very good, nice appearance, large bathroom. Food really good, only the head waiters a little less friendly.... there should come something more, people we were normal guests, no party tour, there you don't turn off the fuse at 10:25 if it's breakfast time until 10:30 ! I've never experienced anything like this

We recently stayed at this hotel and, in many ways, it is fantastic. The location is convenient, the hotel is beautiful, and the food was excellent. It ticks nearly all the boxes, and we genuinely enjoyed most aspects of our stay. Unfortunately, we had a troubling experience that overshadowed an otherwise great visit. My friend had placed the “do not disturb / do not clean” sign on the door, yet when she returned, it was clear someone had entered the room. Several personal items had been moved, almost as if someone had looked through them, even though the room itself hadn’t been cleaned. This was very unsettling. When we raised the concern politely with reception, the staff member who had previously spoken perfect English suddenly claimed not to understand us. Even after we translated the issue, it was dismissed without any investigation, despite the presence of CCTV. We later spoke with the lady in charge of the cleaning staff, who apologised, which we appreciated. However, the lack of response and dismissal from reception left a lasting disappointment. We’re sharing this review because, while the hotel is otherwise excellent, guest privacy and a professional response to concerns are critical — and, in this instance, that standard was not met. The worst stay we and our 2 children experienced. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. The payment worked on the first days, but not on the last. The restaurant manager accompanied us out so as not to miss out on charging the dinner drinks. Finally, we did not get access to breakfast on the day of departure, even though the hotel rules stated that breakfast was available from 7:30. We were met by an angry employee who showed us wrapped boxes and refused breakfast at 7:45. Reception could not either cooperate with the restaurant or loose breakfast bags. Cleaning staff would like to clean at 10.00. 9. Would not recommend this hotel for families.
