Great location, friendly, clean, things to do. Enjoyable break

It was perfect, clean rooms (a little kitch but whatever) large bedroom with magnificent terrace view, 6 pools including one of fresh water!!!! Located at the end of an absolute quiet dead end and the restaurant with sea views is also amazing. Breakfast with hearty sea views, all very friendly staff. We'll go back.

The Na Sardena restaurant is basically not part of the hotel. As a half-board guest you have to pay there in the same way as a non-hotel guest. Not even the HP is credited. There is only 1 restaurant available for dinner. This is not clear from the descriptions. The breakfast restaurant is open from 08:00h. I wanted to book a trip with the pick-up time at 08:00h. They could not offer me breakfast (coffee and bread) at 07:30h. A packed lunch was also not offered. This is not the service of a 5 star hotel. No Go!
