UNSAFE PLACE ESPECIALLY FOR WOMEN! Dirty men following my sister around. Trying to continously give her multiple drinks even when she says no! Booked with LoveHolidays who didnt seem to care at all! Absolutely disgusting. The transfer rep took her to the wrong hotel THIS HOTEL and they was in on it all, gave her a hotel room straight away and led her to believe she was meant to be there. Location: truly a 3 minute walk from the reception to the sea wall and there are food, drinks and shops when you reach the sea. You can see the sea as soon as you turn left on to the road. There is a bus stop 5 mins walk away Savines 1 which has buses to palma and the caves of drac. Atmosphere: relaxed and safe. Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days during the heatwave. Pool was not over crowded and not overly crowded. We did do Friday to Monday not in school holodays. Service: Staff were pleasant and friendly and willing to help. No room service. Breakfast was decent. Slightly different each day. Not a lot of cereal choice but it eas there. Value: would say good value for money. Especially for the location to amenities and transport and Breakfast was included. Rooms: stayed in 311. It had black out blinds and a quiet wall mounted fan that when on spin mode it reached both beds equally. Slept with the balcony door open and we didn't have any noisy neighbours and didn't feel like we needed to lock it. There is no kettle in the room. The shower was great. Had real water pressure behind it. Yes the decor is dated but it was clean and the beds comfortable. The beds were 2 singles that were moveable to make a double or 2 singles. There was 1 chest of drawers and 2 large size bedside tables. But no lamps. Only wall lights. Rooms were cleaned daily. So if you just need a clean, no faff, room with a good shower with decent breakfast offering as a base for your holiday then this is decent. The only reason it lost a star is because they have air con in the dining area but didn't turn it on even though it was 28 degrees at 8am. It would have been nice to walk in to the lobby and seating area and have relief from the heat. Would definitely recommend and would go back again.
