I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was the noise. The walls seem extremely thin, and I could hear every conversation from the neighboring rooms as well as footsteps and noise from the room above. It was very difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. The reception service was also poor. The staff were not very helpful or welcoming when assistance was needed but one young girl at reception evening shift she was ok. The swimming pool facilities were disappointing as well. There were no towels available at the pool, which is something I would expect from a hotel. In addition, the pool closes at 6:00 PM, making it difficult to enjoy after a day of sightseeing or activities. Overall, the lack of soundproofing, poor customer service, and limited pool facilities made this stay far below my expectations. I would not choose to stay here again. As a hotel manager myself, I understand very well how hotel operations work and what challenges staff can face. However, the issues I experienced during this stay are fundamental aspects of guest satisfaction and should be addressed. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

We traveled with 4 friends and, honestly, we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel given some comments we had read before our departure. Our room was renovated, clean, and maintained daily. The cleaning was done every day and the towels were changed regularly. This is not a luxury hotel, but for the price offered, we found the services to be quite satisfactory. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and we did not encounter any particular problems. Regarding the pool, nothing to complain about: clean, pleasant, and at a good temperature. The hotel is of a human scale, which explains why there aren't a huge number of sun loungers, but this did not pose a problem for us. We also appreciated the flexibility of the establishment. Unlike some hotels, no one prevented us from consuming our own drinks or snacks around the pool, which is quite pleasant. The only point we found excessive concerns the price of bottled water from the vending machine. That said, it is enough to cross the road to find shops selling water, drinks, and other products at normal prices. Breakfast is indeed not served in the hotel, but this information is clearly indicated at the time of booking. In return, it is served in a superb restaurant with a magnificent view of the sea. The buffet was varied and of good quality: sweet, savory, hot, cold, fresh fruits... more than enough to satisfy everyone. We also dined in this restaurant, and it was one of the very pleasant surprises of our stay. The dishes were refined, well-presented, and truly flavorful. Certainly, the prices are a bit higher than in some nearby establishments, but the quality is there, and the value for money remains excellent. Regarding the staff, we found them to be rather discreet. The welcome is simple, nothing more, but this did not spoil our stay at all. In the end, for about €300 per person including flights, the hotel, and breakfasts, we believe that the value for money is very good. We had an excellent stay and think that some reviews read before our departure were much harsher than what we actually experienced. We would return without hesitation.

Very dissapointed for the price. Completely outdated compared 2 website pics.. Not a pleasant welcome though the bar man was friendly but 18 euro for 2 drinks ! No air con no kettle no fridge no room service spent a fortune at vending machine for cold drinks . The rooms were grubby esp the bathroom no ventilation opened a cupoard and there were live cables. Breakfast was across the road but only till 9 30 far 2 early. Only plus was the location .
