Rosa del Mar

We are currently on our 3rd visit in a row, we have fallen in love with Rosa del mar due to the exceptional team of staff. Pablo, Kati, Aitor, Dana, Hanna, Omar and Karim make this place a heaven for kids and parents alike. The best team in Mallorca🇪🇸❤️

Excellent location close to beach's, shops etc all within few minutes. Hotel was perfect for us we had 2x rooms for a family of 5 . studio rooms were big enough for what you use them for! Cleaned regularly. Aircon was absolutely fine! Definitely not the coolest we have had in other hotels but it was fine the rooms were always a lot cooler than outside! Food half board breakfast there was lots of fresh fruits, breads salads, and your usual eggs bacon ect cereals pancakes ...and a selection of vegetables 🫢. Evening meal again a great selection and fresh griled meats and fish being cooked at the front consistently, absolutely delicious. Allergen information out for each dish too ! Compliments to the chef! Only thing I would say was the veg selection out at breakfast should be out at evening meal time. All drinks to be bought apart from at breakfast time. Pools were great .....no sunbed wars! Don't get me wrong there was a few who "reserved" there beds and never came to them but these were took off . We always found beds round main and little pool ,there is the top deck with the bali beds and sunbeds always lots free up there too! Sensiland pool area was perfect for our youngest ,lovely little activities going on each day at a shaded kids area . Our teens enjoyed the big pool and activities going on around there too for there age. Entertainment was great in an evening we just wish it lasted longer! Shout on to the guys on boyband night! They were absolutely fantastic 👏. The animation team were fantastic with the kids too 👏 . All staff around the hotel were always helpful. Didn't catch his name but a young lad on the main bar always on the go, cleaning & great service ! Marie in reception very helpful and plesent too Only snag we had was one young lad on the Sensiland bar , ( also did lifeguarding) over charged my partner even made him go back for 10 cent as said he didn't have enough when actually he was over charging buy 2euro for beers! and smirked when questioned. Asked other staff and mentioned this ! Overall we had a fantastic time would recommend this hotel and would return.

What a fantastic stay we’ve had here. I would recommend this hotel to any family with children and we will certainly be revisiting. The whole vibe of the hotel is very relaxed, low-key and chilled. Guests just go about their business and staff facilitate an excellent experience. Rooms Modern, spotlessly clean, offer a two day cleaning service to support environment but this is optional and can be cleaned daily on request. Pools Main pool area open from 10am - generally can sit in pool area from 9:30am and because of this rule there’s no ridiculous dash for sun beds. Plenty of space with umbrellas. Poolside cafe is excellent and food is high quality. Just across the carpark is the second outdoor pool/splash zone for kids. Same rules with sun beds but always plenty of space. Another outdoor cafe here with similar drinks and snacks. Restaurant We did half board and the food was the best in any hotel I’ve been to. Plenty of choice. My son has multiple food allergies but everything was labelled with allergens and staff were extremely helpful. So much choice and really is something for everyone. Separate little station for the kids with the usual kiddy food. Indoor and outdoor area with plenty of space. Very impressed. Opens for breakfast at 8:00 and dinner at 6:30 and can sometimes be a queue to get in but never waited more than a minute or two. Very well managed. Staff It’s true that staff make a hotel and the staff here are outstanding. Everyone is so friendly. Make such a fuss of the kids and can’t do enough for you. So polite and warm. Thank you to all the amazing staff who made my son’s trip so special. You’re the best! Entertainment Very geared towards the children and not as full on as in some hotels which suits us. Low key parties such as the white party and flower power and so much to keep the children entertained. During the day there’s plenty of activities and games for children with a little outdoor shaded area managed by entertainment staff where kids can play games and colour. Location Perfect location. Not too loud at night at all. Come out the entrance and it’s less than 2 mins to the lovely beach. Beach has sun beds with safe valuables storage available. Plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. Loads of restaurants and Palma Nova has really gone more upmarket in recent years - lots of lovely bars. Plenty of little play parks for kids. Beautiful clear water. Couldn’t recommend this holiday highly enough. Thank you Rosa Del Mar! We will be back!
