The hotel is modern and clean in a convenient position across the road from the beach. The bedrooms are adequate and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The clientele are mostly middle to old aged Germans so a very quiet pool and sun bathing areas. However, the sun beds around the pool are incredibly uncomfortable. We had to pinch cushions from chairs so we could use them. The entertainment is very very poor. The hotel is geared towards the Germans, with even notices written in just German (not Spanish). The disco was mainly German bands. (Which was annoying as most people know English music ) The tapas in surrounding restaurants (of which there are many) is very good. A flat pedestrian shopping area ideal for wheelchair users. Loved the area but would find a better hotel.

While I enjoyed my recent stay at Hotel Sabina, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the spa facilities. I specifically chose your hotel for the solarium, sauna, and steam room; however, I was not informed beforehand that the sauna and steam must be requested 30 minutes in advance. Over three consecutive days, I encountered significant issues despite following this procedure. On the first day, reception forgot to turn the facilities on. On the second day, the sauna was only lukewarm and the steam room was non-functional. On the third day, despite reporting these issues and confirming a specific time with staff, the facilities still did not reach an adequate temperature. Given the cold weather in March, these amenities were the primary reason for my booking. I hope you will address these operational failures to ensure future guests can fully utilize the advertised facilities.
