Salpi

The hotel deserves one star instead of zero just because the bathroom was renewed and nice. I booked this hotel under the name of "Hotel Boogaloo" but it´s still the same Hotel Salpi. We booked a room which was supossed to be new and nice and we got a room that though big, it was really old. The matrasses were so thin as smoking paper, old and really uncomfortable. We couldn´t sleep in one week. Our room was looking to the street and it was like sleeping without windown, you could hear every single conversation and every single step. It was so sound unprotected that we could hear somebody cutting his nails in his room... crazy. The breakfast is absolutelly poor and basic and only the woman working there deserves our congratulations. The staff is absolutly unfriendly, violent and unpolite. The cleaning ist almos like non-existent and don´t bother to ask if they can change the towels or the bedsheets, because they will not do it. The wifi was almost never working Just the location is positive.

Read all the reviews about this hotel some not very nice to start the hotel is now called boogaloo hotel. When we booked in we were given a room on the 4th floor but there was no lift after getting to our room it was great big room as a massive balcony but after climbing those stairs for two days and nights we asked to be moved which we were to a first floor room and it was just as nice.There is no aircon in the rooms which I think would be a problem in high season. The hotel is very near to the beach and a great choice of restraunts. It would also have been good to have a bar in the hotel. Would defently go back the manager and staff we very frendly

if you want a cheap hotel and get a night sleep its not the place to stay location 2 minutes to the beach is fantastic only 2 English bars better stay in Palma great city well worth a visit for sure enjoy
