Lovely clean hotel, entertainment team were great. Food was average at best, 2 small lifts that take forever. Pool is much smaller than looks in pictures. Overall reasonable hotel but I won't go back.

Avoid at all costs, non-existent entertainment, pool is more of a large dirty basin, many people got sick with gastroenteritis, room not clean, an enormous amount of noise, difficult to sleep, 2 super slow elevators, if you are on the 3rd floor it is better to walk up, I won't even explain for those on the higher floors. I have taken quite a few trips with Fram, but this takes the cake.

Very disappointed with the hotel. The sheets, even when dirty, are not changed at all during the week, and a foul odor comes up in the bathroom. The pool is particularly unpleasant. There are not 3 pools as advertised; there is a wading pool for babies, a single pool that is more like a basin that is not deep enough and really too small for the hotel's capacity, which becomes a real breeding ground for bacteria by 3 p.m., and a part of the same pool reserved for the slides. There is no place to be quiet in the water without getting bumped into by rowdy teenagers, getting hit in the head with balls, and children constantly jumping into the water when jumping is prohibited. When there is water aerobics or a water polo match, for example, it's simple: there is no more room to swim. Furthermore, I counted 50 umbrellas for 330 rooms... And rules that are not respected and that no one enforces, like towels placed on the lounge chairs from 10 p.m. the night before so that no one else can use them during the day. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, I advise against this place; I insist, the pool area is too small for the number of people accommodated. Elevators that take a very, very, very long time to catch. The beach looks like the French Riviera, people are piled on top of each other, and with the pickpockets, you'd better go without anything other than your towel. The food is really meh; there are some good things, you can't deny it, but it's often cold. The staff is mostly friendly, but some are rude, don't hesitate to push you to clear the table, and talk loudly among themselves as if they were at home. The restaurant is very large, so there is a lot of noise, bordering on a high school cafeteria. A Framissima where French is almost never used, poor entertainment. The multiplicity of origins and therefore the translations that lengthen the entertainment, which becomes boring. I was really disappointed for a Framissima; I was used to much better with Fram.
