Santa Clara Urban & Spa

We stayed here in July, having spent the previous week in a villa in Pollenca. From the moment we checked in, we were so impressed with the friendly staff (especially Catalina at Reception who was so helpful with suggestions of where to visit, and Roberta whose smiling face and calm demeanour ensured everything ran smoothly). Santa Clara's usp is its location - you're only a few minutes walk to top-class restaurants, shopping, and the bustle of Palma's lifestyle. We came here following a friend's recommendation - we would heartily recommend anyone to come & stay when you travel to Mallorca.

Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location, 10 minute walk into the old town but situated down a quiet street. The rooms were big enough and clean. The staff were polite and nothing was too much of an ask, great service all round. We would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in the historic center of Palma, beautiful, with very friendly people at the front desk who, even though check-in was at 3:00 PM, let us in as soon as we arrived because we were with a baby (11:00 AM).
