This was our third visit and was fabulous again. The staff, the views, the cleanliness, the rooms, the restaurant meals, the spa, all faultless. Love the Blue Bar. Our only few small issues: too many balinese beds (that you pay to use) means there are less loungers available, and they are tightly packed together. Could do with less balinese beds and more loungers with a bit more space. Secondly, the lounger beds in the Blue Bar have been upgraded, and are now reserved for people with a minimum spend of €50, I believe - which means if you are all inclusive you can't use them. We didn't see anyone using them in 10 days - what a shame and what a waste. Probably be better to have a couple more sofas and tables on the raised deck for all to use. Lastly, the snack bar menu for lunches is quite limited, could do with a bit more variety. Overall, a beautiful experience and we can't wait to go back!
