Nice place where to stay, close to the beach, this boutique hotel has a good vibe, reception very friendly and helpful. Room a bit on the small side, but ok for 4 nights. Clean, very quiet, considering it is on a main street

Stunning hotel right in the centre of everything which makes it the perfect location. 15 minutes away from the airport which makes it even better! The atmosphere in the hotels own courtyard was gorgeous. Delicious drinks and cocktails to choose from with a relaxed feel. On arrival we had a welcome glass of Cava which was a lovely touch. I booked this trip as a surprise for my boyfriend so on the Friday when it was his birthday, they also gave us another glass of Cava with breakfast as a treat which was very kind! We booked the ‘Cosy’ room and it definitely wasn’t as described. By this, I mean in the best way! It was so spacious and immaculately clean! Great shower with the rainfall shower head. The only thing I would say is that they only provide water for the room when you arrive. They don’t replenish it for you. Other than that, it was an absolutely perfect stay! Breakfast was good. Not a huge choice but had the usual continental selection, a small hot selection and the coffee was very nice! Overall, I’d HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re visiting Palma!

The Corte Ingles Palma map lists this as a four-star hotel, and that's about right. Pros include excellent location tucked away from San Miguel, convenient to train station and medieval center of Palma. Many dining options in the area. Good beds and a lovely courtyard to sit in if the weather is nice. Restauarant attached to hotel does a good dinner. Quiet. Generally helpful staff. Minuses: Rooms are somewhat sparsely furnished and feel a bit tired. The breakfast buffet, run by the same restauarant that does dinner, was wildly uneven. This is not the hotel's fault--the restaurant is run by a different organization--but it was a real negative of our experience. Things to note: like most European boutiques, the rooms are somewhat smaller than what most Americans are used to. Also, this is not a good choice if you have impaired mobility. You need to be able to climb stairs, even to get into the hotel; there is no elevator.
