Welcoming receptionist, air con in the room is fabulous, any issues we had (leaky shower) were sorted straight away. Good pool area, only downside is the pools snack bar is possibly overpriced for the food you get and serving hours don’t go on after 6.30. Lots of options for food however. In a super good location for the bars and clubs, about a 6 minute walk. Recommend!

Was a bit wary going at this time of year as Santa Ponsa is so close to magaluf but I was wrong the hotel was nice and relaxing until around 3/4 o’clock and then the groups of boy and girls came alive. Bar staff lovely and friendly and food at the pool is lovely. Hotel room is average and towels get changed every other day no bedding change and no room clean only the bin gets emptied. The lifeguard takes no messing but I feel it’s different rules for British and Spanish as every British person was told to stop being loud, no jumping in pool and no playing music but the spainsh were allowed to dive, play music and be as loud as they want! There is no noise at all at night when people are coming in at all hours which was a bonus. Air con only reaches the living room.

Stayed for a 3 night girls holiday. Many Hen/Stag parties arriving, was not looking forward to our stay one bit. I was wrong no noise on any night. The lifeguard at the pool took no messing from anyone, she did a great job. Drinks from the pool bar were good, food okay All staff were helpful Great for a girls holiday but would say no to a family holiday A lot of steps up to the hotel if you walk, taxi was €5
