Hotel is basic beds is hard as rocks put the duvet over the mattress for a layer of comfort. Ran out of towels at pool I can’t understand how that would ever happen. Safe was broken in room. The food is sub standard. Steep hill back up to hotel and I’m very fit!! Would never stay here again

When arrived Saturday told lift was broken to the beach till Monday. We complained Monday night as still broken. This was upsetting as my sister has a bad back that she had an operation on. They fixed it the following day but it broke again during that day and a man with a stick was forced to climb 4 flights of stairs to get back up to the pool. Also because of the very steep incline hill to the hotel we were limited to coming home the beach way, on the flat but the gate was locked at 10pm every night, so felt we had no choice to be back in our room. There was zero entertainment day and night. Not even a bar open at night! No music around the pool, no inflatable’s allowed. So boring. Our rooms had smelly damp sheets and pillowcases on, which we complained about, which they changed but not till the following morning! Had no choice to sleep on them. The breakfast was not good either. Ants on the food surfaces. We have a photo. Bacon like cardboard, only English sausage one day and no English tea. No kettle in our room, we had to buy a travel one there!Other than that, the pool was clean, the view and location was perfect , sun beds weren’t an issue and that is what the 2 stars I have given are for. Has so much potential it’s a shame. Wont return.

If you want cockroaches in your bathroom every night, 10 of them running everywhere you are in the good place. We asked for help at the reception, when we came back to ur room, water was covering the floor from the entrance to the bathroom. Cockroaches don’t go with water you know, so of course they were there again by the night. They are everything but not professional. They don’t even put themselves in question. Everything was terrible, we asked for an excursion they said the girl who booked the trip will call us, she never called. We found by ourselves another one on another city. You can’t have water you need to pay. I get scolded because I brought my water bottle for my chronic illness medication. We have videos and so many pictures of the cockroaches. I don’t think they know hotels and industry regulations laws, but us we do. We work in. We will report them soon, in hope that will help to preserve peoples hygiene.
