Trip with cousins and therefore a stay in several rooms Very clean, spacious, very friendly staff, fortunately at the reception there was David, a Frenchman, because it is a shame there was no entertainment in French, everything was for the Poles and the English No effort for us, the songs and everything else in Polish and they drink a lot and the excesses that go with it. Too bad because the staff is very professional and the place, room, and exterior are extremely clean The restaurant is good and nice but not varied enough Fortunately we were there to visit the island so not on the site all day long

Review for late September. Great hotel, extremely clean, lots of entertainment during the day and at night. Perfect beach 5 minutes away. Hugeeee shoutout to the staff, especially Tomas, Alex and Nadya, as well as the cleaners, pool maintenance man, bartenders and receptionists. The entertainment and bar staff are what made our holiday so enjoyable, we hope wherever life takes them next they are treated well and have a wonderful, safe journey, from Stanislaw and Charlotte! The drinks were great, always very strong (sometimes too strong). Nothing wrong with the token and cup system, very sustainable and easy to work with. Yes there are a lot of stairs but for the average healthy person this isn’t an issue. Definitely do not book if you have mobility or respiratory/cardiac issues but you should really do your own research on hotels before you book anyway. Coming from someone with a heart condition the stairs weren’t a huge issue but can be quite tiring after a long day of activities. I definitely recommend booking a sea view apartment, the sunrise and views were always so beautiful. Unfortunately I had become extremely sick on the second day into our short holiday, which was NOT caused by the hotel at all, but thankfully there is a pharmacy 5 minutes away from the hotel. The staff there can fluently speak multiple languages which was very helpful. Alex was also very caring about this and had offered his own personal help. Strong points - Hotel cleanliness inside and outside Nice apartments Staff customer service Entertainment Sea views Nearby shops/bars Perfect Beaches Luggage storage Showers if you have extra time after checkout, you can still go to the beach/use the pool then get ready for your flight afterwards. You can still use the restaurant/bar until your transfer coach picks you up Interior design is very modern and pretty Exterior very well maintained Enough Sun loungers for everyone Great bars/drinks at the poolside Super friendly and lovely cat that lived outside the hotel entrance!! Always something to eat or drink Other customers were extremely nice Still very hot for late September, lowest during the day was around 27°, up to 30°. Mid points - Food could be a tiny bit better Bathroom shower drain was a little smelly Pool is mostly shallow except the middle section Our apartment tv didn’t have anything English, not even subtitles. Bad points - Mosquitos go crazy in the evenings but thats just nature. Would absolutely come back next year

In general the hotel was very good, spectacular views and good location. The buffet is like on the other side of the street. I understand that they have it as if rented to another building and I have doubts that it is not because their own facilities do not have all the spaces adapted with air conditioning. The rooms and reception did have it, but the bar did not; it is horribly hot in there. The food was very basic and repetitive, but generally good. Some waiter was slacking off; he would disappear and you wouldn't see him for a long time. The staff in general was friendly and the rooms were clean. I would improve the pillows.
