A wonder; from the first moment until we left, they treated us like a 10. They are all very friendly and attentive; we really felt at home. The hotel could not be more beautiful, the pool is super comfortable (the facilities, showers, lounge chairs...) quiet and special, every detail makes it unique and there is a very good atmosphere. Wonderful staff, great location not far from Palma and the airport. I recommend hiring a car to visit beaches etc.

We have been at Son Moli on a Daypass. The pool and the surroundings are perfect for relaxing. However, we entered the restaurant at 2:20 PM to eat, with two other couples eating there. At 4:20 PM we were still waiting for dessert and coffee. Very slow and very inattentive service for the amount of staff that was behind the bar at that time. They decided to bring our desserts to the pool since it was closing at 6:00 PM.
