A lovely hotel with a fantastic rooftop terrace and bar service. The location is excellent, with many great restaurants within easy walking distance. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff including Carlos and Giuliana went out of their way to take care of us and make us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff, including Gabe and Rosa were friendly, attentive, and helpful. A wonderful experience overall.

The service was impeccably accommodating, even working hard to check us in early so we could freshen up after a long flight. The rooms were clean and spacious, big shower with good water pressure, and a very delicious breakfast buffet. Truly could not have asked for more!

Stayed for two nights and the location could not be better. In the centre of the Old Town and close to restaurants, shops, Cathederal Good welcome from reception and our room was comfortable and clean - on the street side but no noise Buffet breakfast was good and bonus was the opportunity to use the outdoor courtyard Good views from roof top plunge area Would definitely consider staying again on next trip to Palma
