Apartamentos Roc Portonova

Very calm atmosphere with wonderful views. They have a pool with ocean views and a pool bar with a very good breakfast. There are also tapas, paellas, fish, and meats. All the staff are very friendly.

Travelled here as a family of four which were myself, my mother, my 16 and 10 year old kids for a one week stay at the end of May. Check in was smooth and we were allowed into our room earlier than the 3pm check in time as it was ready for us. Our room was a lovely two bedroom apartment with pool access and it was tastefully decorated, clean and had more than enough space for the four of us. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room was cleaned with fresh towels provided every day and all the public areas were cleaned thoroughly every morning. We all very much enjoyed our holiday and had a wonderful week there. Unfortunately, the day before we were due to travel home my mother was rushed into hospital in Palma which resulted in me having to stay alone and send my children home. It was a very frightening experience for me but I have to give a big shoutout to the two ladies who work at reception Roberta and Natasha. I ended up staying a further 10 days and both ladies couldn’t do enough for me, helping me move to a smaller room, helping me translate on the phone with staff at the hospital, hiring a wheelchair for when my mother returned and and constantly asking after both our wellbeing. Every time I needed help or advice they were always there to help me so I just want to say a big thank you to both for making a difficult time more bearable with the compassion you showed towards me and my mother. I would 100% recommend these apartments and would definitely return again.
