Grupotel Taurus Park

We stayed 5 days at this hotel and we fell in love with it. I went with my mother and my 4-year-old daughter. Staff always attentive and available. The hotel is quiet, very clean, and has an excellent location. Restaurant with a well-stocked and exquisite buffet service. Different excursions all over the island could be booked directly with them. I recommend it to everyone!

We visited the fantastic Taurus Park in June 2026 for a two week stay for the first time since 1988 and I have to say, we loved it as much now as we did then. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and comfortable. The first friendly we saw on arrival was the lovely Javier at Reception. He is a great guy, a class act and a definite asset to Taurus Park and Grupotel. (He was the last face we seen too upon departure and Freddy too of course!). All Reception Staff are excellent, very professional, helpful and friendly - nothing is a problem for them. The full hotel is absolutely spotless, from the rooms, the restaurant, the foyer, the entrance, the pool area, the corridors, the bar area, the sun loungers and the indoor pool, everywhere is cleaned daily to a very high standard. The maid on the 9th floor between 2nd-16th June was brilliant, again, nothing was a problem for her. The food is delicious. There’s a large varied choice every day for breakfast and dinner, something to suit everyone. They have a large table within the restaurant with a different theme every evening - Spanish, Mexican, Asian, Japanese and so on. I found this to be a fantastic touch to add. The Restaurant Staff are excellent too. Vanesa could do her job standing on her head, she is another class act. Loli, Eva, Isa and the Chefs are all great, very helpful, professional and friendly. Freddy at the Bar is another asset to the hotel, an all round great guy. Lena, Guest Relations is in the perfect role in the hotel. A lovely girl with the personality to match. She’s a diamond. She is very down to earth, friendly, helpful, professional and cares about the guests and their welfare. The security guards presence within the hotel makes everyone feel safe during the day and at night… not forgetting the lifeguard whose presence every day was welcoming and everyone felt safe in the water. The WiFi in the hotel is the best WiFi I’ve ever experienced when I’ve been abroad and I go abroad often. The Air Con and Showers in the rooms are excellent too. Keep doing what you’re doing, it’s working perfectly and we cannot wait to return! The Taurus Park is a beautiful hidden gem in Playa de Palma!

Today, Sunday, May 31, 2026. I stayed at this hotel and had a very bad experience. The insensitivity of a receptionist, a gentleman who was on the morning shift at 9:30 AM, treated me in a very insensitive manner. I had to leave urgently because I was informed of a family member's passing. I approached the reception to return the room key and check out, but there were some people in front of me. I asked them politely to take my key because I had to leave urgently, as I needed to buy a last-minute flight. DESPITE MY EXPRESSED IMPATIENCE DUE TO THE MENTIONED REASON, HIS WORDS WERE (it's not my problem, you should have come down earlier...) not to mention that he also refused to lend me an iron to press my shirt because the staff was having breakfast... I'm sorry, but it was a very bad experience.
