Marina Delfin Verde

While in Alcudia called into this hotel which is now called Alua Soul Alcudia Bay and is for Adults only. We have stayed here many a time with our grandchildren and have always enjoyed it. All of a sudden it is Adults only so now we dont go as my granddaughter is 14 so cannot go until she is 16. Its in a quiet part of Alcudia by the canals and nearby waterpark. It was still a very nice hotel and we had a drink there but will one day stay there again. I would recommend this hotel as it has been refurbished and is very nice and quiet

Visited this great hotel 5 times and booked through travel empire we had flown from Doncaster airport which is a very good airport as for the hotel couldn't pick any faults with it very clean staff very helpful and friendly there is a kids club with great entertainment team to keep the little ones happy and entertained adults have games through the day such as archery water polo football volleyball the restaurant is a carvery style where u help yourselves for breakfast dinner and late evening meal will be definitely coming back love it its such a relaxed pace of life

This is a little overdue but due to personal circumstances life has been a bit hectic lately. I was on holiday with my son when on the last night of our holiday he had an accident where he slipped on the marble floor and banged his mouth pushing his gums up into the roof of his mouth and biting through his lip as he fell. My son was only 3 at the time so was very scared as blood was everywhere. I was on my own with my son and not speaking Spanish I was very anxious about communicating with medical professionals. The hotel were amazing. They allowed a member of the entertainment team to come with me despite the fact he was meant to be working. Martin came with myself driving me to the hospital and waited with me in order to translate what they were saying. Martin was amazing at helping myself and my son calm. Luckily my son was able to come home and Martin took us back to the hotel at 3am. The hotel staff were very accommodating and Sally and the rest of the entertainment team showed great compassion. Thank you for looking after us it was very much appreciated
