For the price we paid for a week in the Verdemar it wasn’t worth it we’ve stayed in a lot better hotels in the past for less. Pool was boggin so much so my partner ended up with a bad rash and pharmacist said it was what was ever in the water. Food was rancid we ordered chicken at lunchtime and when I took a bite it was black like it had been laying in a kitchen sink for a week and when we raised concerns the waiter with the moustache wasn’t interested he still expected us to pay for it as well. Bathroom was dirty smell of sewage came up through the shower also the shower tray was on its last legs felt as though it was going to cave in at any one point also we found cockroaches as well in one of the towels when we asked numerous time to get new towels and toilet roll and it looked like we asked them for their PIN code to their bank account because they were not compliant at all. Asked the woman at reception to fix our key because we couldn’t get into the room and she said it’s because you’re leaving today when in fact we weren’t leaving for another 2 days again she was another one who wasn’t happy when asked to get the matter resolved. For the size of hotel and price to stay there having to pay €3.50 a day to get a sun lounger is absolutely diabolical and being told by reception themselves to be down for 6am to get a sun lounger because anyone and their granny from the streets can get in and use them only to find our towels been removed and thrown into a corner after going for breakfast wasn’t something we expected….. So all in all save your money and book somewhere else

The verdemar never disappoints. An amazing hotel on the water . It’s spotless, the staff are friendly and as long as you have a sea view you are set . We return again and again . All amenities and a very comfortable hotel . Highly recommend

Myself. Mum and little girl just came back from hotel globals. We had the best experience. The only thing I would complaint about is the lack of sea view unless you pay so much h more extra. The food was lovely drinks amazing and most IMPORTANTLY Giorgina and Eline.the entertainment staff where second to none. The effort both girls put in with guests was amazing they didn't go unnoticed.they both went above and beyond to make everyone included We will Definitely be returning to hotel globals in the future. Xxx
