A very good deal out of season. Visited in October so late season but still warm - mid 20's. Apartment was huge, with a double balcony. 10-15 minute walk from a large supermarket so can stock up on very good quality produce for use in the kitchen. I cooked good meals, including calamari with the equipment provided.
Less than 5 minute walk from beach.
Two downsides
1. Sleep quality. Black out blinds were great. But walls are very thin, and sound carries easily between walls, and between floors. Even neighbours placing a glass down on their bedside table travelled through walls.
2. Guests from one particular nation at the hotel were cold, spent most of their time walking round scowling, and sat at the pool staring bored and judgementally at the people around them, and were abrupt with the staff. I left wondering what it is about German tourists that means they are so unhappy when they choose to go on holiday.
