Es Baulo Petit Hotel

Fine hotel, a jewel in mass tourism. Stylish, lovely, individual…Mallorcan. Great staff. Beautiful atmosphere. Can Picafort: increasingly littered, beach filthy with plastic waste and cigarette butts. Sad to see.

The studios are actually very dark spaces where daylight cannot enter and that is because of the many large trees that are right up to the building. You need your room lights during the day, and they're still broken. It’s not quiet there either, the studios open onto a very busy street where dozens of buses arrive and leave every hour. Some with hellish noise. Otherwise is a simply good hotel, but certainly not a top performer. Breakfast is mediocre if you like to eat cold fried eggs. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but we found nowhere the peace that the hotel itself touts.

Very characteristic hotel, with low and elongated structure, just outside the center of Can Picafort but perfectly inserted in the landscape and the surrounding pine forest. From the central reception area, dining room and bar, the rooms are American motel style on the sides in 2 directions in a very pretty and elegant solution. In one of the 2 sides there is also the swimming pool, unfortunately very crowded in August. Spacious and well-kept rooms with kitchenette for those who prefer to cook themselves. Rich and varied breakfast and dinner buffets where there are foods for all tastes and eating habits. The quality of the dishes is more than fair. Numerous services are offered, from the gym to a small spa, from massages to the Electric Bike Service to towels for the pool and live singers a couple of nights a week. Excellent solution for those who want to move and visit the island.
