Welcoming and friendly staff, very clean rooms, very beautiful location, and a stone's throw from the sea

The location is close to the resort center. The atmosphere is relaxing, the room is acceptable, one minus is that it does not have a mini fridge. The price is in line with the quality of the services. The cleaning is done very well. There is not much noise because not many young people come. The services leave a little to be desired because you feel in Germany not in Spain. I am referring here to the staff who serve at the table and this can be improved in my opinion. For something new it is something to try but only once.

We stayed at this hotel and, while we appreciated the location and the general cleanliness, there are several aspects that should be improved. The thing that disappointed us the most was the absence of a refrigerator in the room: with the heat there was (30 degrees at night and 37 during the day) it is a service that should be included, instead it costs €5 per day. The same goes for the safe, which is for a fee (€2 per day plus deposit). This information was not clearly indicated at the time of booking. The bathroom seemed incomplete: the cabinet under the sink was missing, some finishes were damaged, and the shower leaked water, so much so that the floor flooded with every use. Furthermore, some lights in the bathroom did not work and it remained half in the dark. Another unpleasant aspect was the way the staff addressed the guests: they approached us directly speaking in German, assuming that we knew it, without first asking which language we preferred. Finally, the breakfast left us a bit disappointed. The selection of sweet products was rather limited and the quality, overall, did not seem particularly good to us. Overall, for about €550 spent (superior adult-only room) for three nights, we expected higher quality and that some essential services, such as a refrigerator and safe, would be included in the price instead of being extra. The hotel has potential, but the presence of several extra costs not clearly indicated and some aspects of the property made the experience fall below expectations.
