This hotel is crap ignorant staff and very unhelpful

The photos do not correspond to reality at all. Everything is fake. The hotel is way too expensive, everything is very run-down and dingy. 4 stars totally undeserved, 1 star at a minimum. The staff at the reception was very unfriendly and not willing to compromise. Once and NEVER again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We came back to Be Live after three years, and honestly, it turned out to be even better than the first time! We were already in love with this place back then, especially because of its incredible location, but our second stay exceeded all our expectations. The beautiful beach, wonderful people, relaxed atmosphere, and especially the breathtaking sea view from our room are things we miss every single day. Waking up to that view was truly unforgettable. 🌊❤️ We highly recommend this hotel not only because of its beautiful location, but also because it is a perfect base for exploring every part of Mallorca. The area has such an authentic Spanish atmosphere, with plenty of local shops, amazing restaurants, and delicious food. It really feels like a place where you can slow down, enjoy life, and experience the true spirit of Mallorca. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back again. Truly worth it! 👌🇪🇸
