Morito Apartments

Just back from a 5 night stay here. For the price we payed compared to other hotels in the area it’s 5 stars. The hotel is clean , the staff are friendly. Never any issues getting beds at pool even when hotel was booked out. Special mention to the bar staff who are always happy when ordering at the bar. We will definitely return. Cleaners fantastic as well a small thing like a hello when you walk past them goes a long way.

Access to the apartment is via an inconspicuous staircase. You feel a bit like the staff entering through the staff entrance. Especially since a shopping cart with cleaning supplies and full black bags from the cleaning service are often standing there. Not exactly inviting and completely unsuitable for wheelchair users. Furthermore, there is no light on the stairs in the evening. We had 2 apartments, one for 2 and one for 3 people. However, you only receive one key per apartment. Upon request, we received a second one, but it did not fit. The rooms themselves were from the standard of the seventies. But it was functionally good, everything was there. Also in the kitchen area. The microwave was broken in one room. We did not try the other one. The view was as described. To the side, the sea. Nice large balcony. The view to the front was of the balconies of another (child-free) hotel. When we left the room, we looked out again at a hotel with a pool. If you want to go to the pool yourself (small!), you had to go to the associated hotel, which was about 300 m away along the road. The shopping streets were very nice and the sea was also very beautiful and close. The double bicycles for 4-6 people were used very gladly. The zoo is eventful, but the animals are in the blazing sun with next to no shade and extremely little greenery. You really felt sorry for them. Monkeys often jump onto the cars, which were naturally barred. You can take the trip there with the regular public bus, which is within walking distance. You only have to pay the admission fee. It is recommended to book this online and pay with a credit card, as cash is extremely expensive. Parasailing and the banana boat are the only activities that can only be paid for in cash. 40 photos cost 15€ and you should definitely do that. Also on the safari tour! There is a photographer walking around taking pictures. Simply scan the slip you receive with your cell phone. You only see pixelated images online, but if you unlock them (40 photos for 40€), they are absolutely sharp, super pictures. We have been to another hotel in Cala Millor before and can really only recommend it. We were a bit unlucky (end of August 2026) that the palm trees were being sawed almost daily for safety reasons. Okay, that was a bit annoying for a few hours, but then you just go into the sea or stroll through the streets. The evening music from the hotels was almost predominantly bad and very, very poorly attended. There are ATMs there, of course, but they are not recommended because they charge a fee of approx. 15€. So take enough cash with you 😄. I hope our report helps a little 😄. Oh, in October you can still swim in the sea. It takes a few minutes to overcome the initial hesitation 😂, but the sea is not really cold.

The hotel is reflected perfectly in the photos and description found on the website. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and full of fun! We loved the fact that it wasn't huge, enough space including loungers for everyone. The food and drinks were good and inexpensive. The entertainment was amazing. A fantastic holiday in an amazing location. Thank you to everyone x
