Ola Aparthotel Isabel

Love this hotel. Have been 6 times altogether, but 4 years consecutively . It’s a small hotel, which I like. Very friendly and chilled. Food and drink are great, lots of choice and the soups are amazing. They have themed days with the food, eg Mexican etc… but that is just one section. Never really a queue at the bar, maybe one or two people in front of you. Seating area outside is nice….. just watch those holes in the pattern on the chairs…. You can end up with a spot suntan 🤣🤣 The entertainment during the day is good , pool, darts, water polo, shooting, archery etc…. Always something to do. Alex and his team are great fun and engaging. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to Cala Millor , which is handy and free. This can get quite busy when it first starts and the last one back though. All the drivers are friendly and accommodating. No rush for sunbeds at all, you can come down at 11 am and still get them!… there was two piles that weren’t even used , the whole time we were there. The pool does get deep quickly, but has got a separate children’s pool area & yes you can have inflatables. Big shout out to Ricardo, Jessica, Ahmed, Fabian , James, Alex. Cecelia and Kris all great and friendly people. All the staff were friendly but the above went above and beyond…. Thanks guys. Will be back 😝

Hotel in a great location, quiet but close to all bars , restaurants, shops, harbour. From walking through the doors , hotel clean and welcoming. Ricardo on reception very helpfull and willing to aid us how he could . Rooms nice and spacious, had a pool view which was great . Restaurant well stocked with a good variety of foods to cater for everyone, meat and fish on the grill every night . All the restaurant staff very friendly and chatty. The bar staff really pleasant and willing to make you what you request, The pool and sunbeds area clean , no rush for sunbeds , no sun bed wars !! Animacion team fantastic , if you want activity to take part in , you got it , Alex and his team all enthusiastic and there to get you involved . To the staff - James , Alex , Fabian , amed ( casimero) Jessica , Ricardo , kris , Cecilia , and all the other staff including cleaners , Keep up the good work !!!!

Just returned from a 4 night stay with my 78 year old mum and 3 teenage children and we had a lovely, relaxing time. We were all inclusive plus and if we were ever to return, I don't think it's worth paying extra for the "plus" as you still can't have everything eg certain ice creams, alcohol and drinks. We enjoyed the range of food at the buffet. My daughter has coeliac disease and at each meal time, Ernesto kindly took her round the buffet and explained what she could and couldn't have in terms of gluten items and even offered to make her pasta or pizza each evening. He was very kind and when we thanked him he would just say "it's my job" however travelling with a coeliac can be very difficult but he made our time so much better that he is definitely worth acknowledging. She didn't suffer at all with her symptoms which confirmed how well she was catered for. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and you always saw staff working hard - whether they were emptying bins, hoovering, cutting hedges, waitressing and they would always smile and say hello. A nice little break and we're all back home feeling quite flat now that it's over!
