Petit Cases de Pula

We came as a party of 4 mainly for the golf. The goods Course was generally excellent, well laid out with superb views. A fair test of golf. Rounds were a bit slower than back home but 4.25 hours ok Starter (Nigel) really helpful. Housekeeping good. Room was spacious and clean with a good shower Location wise there was a brilliant restaurant next door and about 8 minutes walk. Otherwise it was a €10 taxi which the hotel called. Overall complex was lovely with its own windmill and chapel Golf reception staff were very helpful and a well stocked shop. The bad Some staff in the bar and restaurant were shockingly poor. Beyond rude and totally lacking any customer service skills Breakfast was adequate at best but every day we had to ask for items to be replenished (milk, juice, bread etc) and we were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them. Probably the worst staff we’ve encountered in 50 years travelling the world. Such a shame as all the positives were negated. We would certainly play the course again but not stay here.

Internet access, if available, very weak. Cleaning was superficial. Bath towels were taken and even after calling multiple times, no new ones were brought. Breakfast: Quality poor (rotten fruit, meat not fresh, etc.). Information at check-in was poor. This review excludes the golf school!

I pre book for my holiday after talking with them Via WhatsApp regarding their rental club deal. They confirmed everything for 2 green fees, buggies and club rentals. When I arrived they told me they couldn't honour this deal, the round was now going to cost an extra €100. I attempted to talk to the receptionist, she bit my head off and told me to either pay or leave. I was forced to pay the extra €100, the staff were rude and didn't care. To add to this, the half way house was closed. And the cart guy who came round could only accept cash. So no drinks or food whilst golfing. When I challenged them on this after the round and via WhatsApp I was again met with a wall. I told them I only had 2 days left of my holiday, so they offered me 9 holes as compensation!! I explained that this was not possible as I had other activities planned. They have continued to fobb me off via WhatsApp with empty gestures of a free 9 holes and buggie. Knowing I wont be in Mallorca. Overall, really disappointing experiance from what was meant to be a professional club. If you are going to book, dont trust what they say.
