Pollentia Club Resort

Place are amazing and people are friendly and lovely. Experienced Ocean spa. - I had a massage with Estefania, and it was such a wonderful experience! The massage felt amazing, and I had such a relaxing and peaceful time.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Club Pollentia Alcudia and the following review is a true reflection based on my experience. The rooms at the resort are not your normal hotel rooms.They are individual mini villas. They are very spacious and well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the shower excellent. Our villa was in the Adults only section which I recommend if you have no kids with you... The villas facing the natire reserve offer the best views The adults only area has its own pool which in mid Sept had plenty of sun beds. Very few towels out first thing. The pool however is quite cold and is often used by the resident ducks. This didn’t bother us but it might some as hygiene may be an issue. Because the site is next to a nature reseve midge activity is high and we have suffered a lot of bites. Bring a repellant and cream with you. The food on offer is pretty good although they are not always quick to refill when dishes are gone. Breakfast offers something for everyone however the coffee machine on the verandah is a joke. Only one machine which is very slow. The site itself is very clean and the staff work incredibly hard always with a smile. Reception is both friendly and efficient. Big shout out to Toni on reception and Sebastion in the bar area. We went all inclusive which worked very well. Be aware not everything is inclusive and some supplements my occure. The Club is set in a beautiful area and offers a good Gym and Spa (Spa treatments cost extra). Be aware Tui will have you believe it is a 10min walk to Alcudia old town. This is untrue for normal walking people. To walk there you have to walk along a very busy road which in my opinion is quite dangerous. A 15min bus ride is safer. There is also no beach to swim from unless you got to Alcudia. Even though the club sits opposite the sea. Evening entertainment at the club is adequate but no better than you would expect at a 3/4 star resort and the organisation is very amateur. My big gripe is that the club is also host to company conferences and they appear to have priority over holiday guests when it comes to dining outside for the evening meal. We had to eat inside on many occasions because so many tables had been reserved. All in all it is a great place to stay however because of its location we will not be returning.

This hotel is in a good location, you can get a bus right outside the hotel and you are in Puerto pollensa or Alcudia in 10 mins. The beach in front of the hotel is very small, there are no beds or umbrellas so you just have to put a towel down, there is a lot of water sports going on. The hotel is ok, food quite nice, good entertainment.
