Rural Son Mas Hotel

My wife and I were looking for a place to truly disconnect and we could not have chosen better. Belle Son Mas is surrounded by nature and conveys a peace that is difficult to explain. Although Porto Cristo is barely ten minutes away, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we did not feel the need to leave the estate. Not because there was nothing to do outside, but because we already had everything we were looking for there. The restoration of this old Majorcan estate is simply spectacular. You can see the enormous respect for the history of the building and the exquisite taste with which every detail has been cared for. Everything is elegant, authentic, and in perfect harmony with the surroundings. We enjoyed the pool, the spa, and those little corners that invite you to sit, read, talk, or simply contemplate the landscape very much. It is one of those places where time seems to go a little slower. Dinner was another of the great successes of the weekend. Careful cuisine, prepared with very good products and accompanied by friendly and professional service. But if anything makes Belle Son Mas truly special, it is its team. We want to especially thank Mari Carmen and Sole for their kindness, closeness, and sincere smiles, two people who, with their way of serving, make one feel welcome from the very first moment. We left with the feeling of having discovered one of those special places that leave a mark and to which you know you will return someday. Congratulations to the entire team for making a simple weekend become an unforgettable memory.

We are a couple of residents looking for a quiet hotel with a spa to disconnect. In the end, based on the reviews we had and the photos, we decided on this option. When we say we leave with a bittersweet feeling, it is because the water in the Spa pool is not heated in the slightest. It is impossible to swim at this time of year. Had we known, we would have opted for another option. I believe this is an aspect that should be specified so that people are aware of it. The truth is that it has been a shame, as the facilities of the place are spectacular, and at least we could rest on the loungers by the outdoor pool. Regarding the restaurant, since we had dinner included, the food was very good, but the service was very slow. We had to wait almost an hour from the appetizer to the main course. In summary, aside from these two aspects that I believe are important, the place is very quiet, beautiful, and cozy, ideal if your goal is to spend a few days resting.
