Seramar Hotel Luna - Luna Park

The hotel room was ok it was clean but small bathroom. Shower was great and always hot water. The staff were really friendly asked for extra pillows and got them straight away and asked if there was anything else we needed. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful didn’t like the queue for the coffee machine and they were placed so you couldn’t get to some of the food because of queues. The evening meal was ok and always found something to eat. Now for the downside we were in the building opposite the main hotel which didn’t have a reception it was extremely noisy throughout the night with guests running up and down the corridor and banging on doors from midnight through to 4-5am in the morning. There was one security guard and as the doors were open all the time and no one at reception anyone could just walk into the building. I’m not sure if the reception and restaurant in this building were closed as not peak season. I wouldn’t return due to the noise which is a shame as I did think it was a lovely hotel in a great place not far from airport.

Our booking was confirmed well in advance, then cancelled by the hotel just one day before arrival with no explanation. Flights wasted, holiday ruined. Unacceptable—do not book with them!

Staying here at the moment. It’s very noisy feels like I’m in a prison cell at night with how the doors are slammed. Had to pay for a mini fridge kettle and safe. Never have I had to pay for a mini fridge in all years going abroad. One awful rude receptionist. Face like thunder whenever you ask her something. I will find out her name as will be putting a complaint in. When I can get to speak to a manager. As whatever you ask for you are told to do in morning. Which I asked for 2 more pillows this morning comeback no pillows. That’s when went ask and she was very rude with an awful attitude. I told her to drop her attitude and she just grinned.
