Great location, very central to all your holiday needs. The hotel itself has been renovated to a very high standard and is immaculately clean. The rooms are as you would expext,not massive but modern and very clean, the room is cleaned and towels changed each day. The staff are very friendly and professional, the entertainment team do a great job in getting appropriate entertainment for the older demographic at the hotel. Interestingly your room key card is very important as it is a payment card also, the card is loaded with 400 euros on day one of your stay. The morning sun bed dash is humorous to say the least, the pool area is locked until 09.30 so people start queuing at about 08.30 when the door is open 50 or 60 pensioners do the dash it is brilliant to watch. There are approximately 140 rooms with approximately 130 sunbeds so this is probably the reason for the morning bed dash. We only stayed B&B but breakfast offering was great, plenty of toaster and coffee machines. The hotel is in a perfect spot, a very short,flat walk to most eateries and drink spots. UK Premier league football on in most bars. We love Palma, 2 hours from home, great weather and loads to do, but more importantly it is a very relaxed part of Spain, I would totally recommend this hotel and this part of Spain 🇪🇸

Just back yesterday from 7 nights. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, everywhere inside the hotel is spotlessly clean. The only criticism is the rubbish at the back of the hotel from the kitchens is an eyesore… its a shame they cant put this in rubbish cages as when its windy (which it is as it situated on a corner) it ruins the look of the hotel as this is where the entrance is. The pool is not very big for the amount of guests that are there.. Hard to get a sun-bed unless you start queuing 45 minutes before the pool opens 🙈🙈.. we went to the beach everyday which was perfect.. This however has not put us off booking again as we have booked for 2027 today.. The staff are really friendly and polite.. Definitely recommend this hotel..

Absolutely loved this hotel, would highly recommend, friendly staff, breakfast was nice, entertainment on every night.
