Please remember the bus does not drop off outside hotel and walk took us over 10 minutes. Hotel very clean but bathroom could do with update e.g grouting. Breakfast disappointing. Could do with fresh tomatoes/mushrooms. We arrived late morning but room wasn't ready until 3. Place to keep luggage but no guest shower room . Good location for getting into town but walk to hotel had us doubting if we were in right place as rather run down. Hotel staff lovely especially cleaners. No visit from jet2 rep and unable to contact help line..no answer. Even the hotel couldn't get in touch with them. All in all Ciutadella is a beautiful town but we will choose to book privately next time.

We spent several days at this hotel with half board. The staff is very friendly, pleasant, and professional, and they make everything easy for you to feel comfortable. The breakfast is a high-quality buffet with fresh ensaimadas. A very quiet and peaceful environment. Dinners are à la carte and of high quality! Rooms are very clean, cool, and spacious. Definitely worth repeating! Additionally, it has a perfect location near the historic center and bus stops.

What a smashing wee hotel. We had a room on the 1st floor with terrace which was fantastic as we had direct access out onto the courtyard grass area with patio tables and loungers. The hotel is immaculate with modern interiors and a gym with spa. The whole ambience is cool and calm and peaceful and the location is fantastic, only a 2 min walk from the main areas and 5mins from the bus station if you fancy a trip elsewhere. If you are looking for a small, very friendly and peaceful hotel with lovely staff in an amazing location in beautiful Ciutadella this hotel will be for you. We would definitely go back.
