Fatal booking management. You are confirmed room and then cancelled for no reason two three days after arrival. They don’t pay attention to the customer, help, or explain anything. Very disappointed with this whole situation and with the treatment received.

Absolutely unprofessional. Spare yourself the hassle of dealing with lowlifes and book somewhere proper. It's cheap for a reason! They won't assume responsibility for their lack of professionalism. They are unable to answer phones, emails, but are quick to charge a credit card.

To escape. I trusted the reviews and am very disappointed.The room smells of cold tobacco.You can feel the springs of the bed behind your back.The sofa is as uncomfortable as the bed.The walls are so thin that you can hear everything going on next door, above (luckily we didn't have children with us). You know what time your neighbors take a shower, go to the bathroom... as if you were with them.It could pass but not when it's until 4am and you have miles to do the next day.After 15 days in Spain, first room like this, first sleepless night because of the lack of soundproofing.Luckily it was our return from vacation.
