Aparthotel HG Cala Llonga

An excellent experience. The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. The location is also very good and very pleasant. Without a doubt, a very pleasant stay and a place I would return to. Highly recommended!

What a gem of a place. We had seen this small hotel when staying in a Villa in Cala Llonga some years ago and as we love to be near Mahón and the harbour we decided to try it out. Booked for 9 nights b&b im September. We checked in, reception staff really friendly and efficient. The manager of the hotel greeted us and introduced us to staff. The receptionist asked the time of our return flight and as it was early morning said he would arrange for us to have a takeaway breakfast on departure. Our apartment was in the most wonderful position overlooking the bay and we spent many happy hours watching the ships and boats going in and out. The apartment was immaculately clean and fresh, a huge and comfortable bed, lovely balcony and basic cooking facilities provided. Useful fridge and microwave, lovely double shower. Housekeeping daily, the staff were lovely and always greeted you with a smile. We ate in the restaurant on a few evenings. Generous portions of lovely food despite it being a limited menu. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, loads of choice of continental options and cooked food. Drinks very reasonably priced for a hotel as was the food options. We booked a takeaway picnic one day and it was a great selection of salads and sandwich to take out for the day. You can also have the restaurants food to takeaway to your apartment. The sunloungers were never crowded, most of the time we were the only ones around the pool. There are two pools, not massive but adequate to cool off in. All the communal areas are spotlessly clean, we even saw the cleaning staff cleaning the lifts one morning and general maintenance and painting going on around the complex. They really take pride in keeping the place top notch. On checking out our takeaway breakfast was waiting for us, I honestly didn't expect them to remember. There is plenty of car parking and lifts for easy access to the apartments and restaurant. We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave. Helped by the perfect weather we had a wonderful time and thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel.
