In an excellent position to comfortably visit the entire island, in a very beautiful and well-serviced location, San Tomas. The residence disappoints with few dishes, equipment inside the apartment, old furnishings, and bathrooms that are too old.

It was through a Booking reservation that we stayed at this establishment at a bargain price (May 2026) and outside of high season (June/September). Ideally located in the renowned seaside village of Sant Tomas, with parking below, elevators to the floors, an efficient and smiling reception in English, a large pool with many sun loungers and umbrellas, a beautiful well-maintained garden, a restaurant for those who do not want to cook in the apartments... everything is well thought out for the enjoyment of your stay. The apartment on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and sea view is spacious with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (even with a ceiling fan), a large terrace with furniture for dining or relaxing, a kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals (ample utensils, appliances, large refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc.). A good television with French channels, really a pleasant surprise regarding the quality of the accommodation (good bedding, sheets provided as well as towels for the bathroom and bath, even a tablecloth, effective wifi...). The place is very clean and well-maintained, towels and sheets are changed quite often or upon request!! The staff is friendly and pleasant, especially Monique at the reception, an Englishwoman (yes indeed) who takes great care of you, ensuring our requests are met (a brand new drying rack provided and a toaster). During peak season, the residence must be very lively with the large number of apartments, so it is important to choose your timing wisely. Nearby, there are restaurants and bars right next door, numerous shops and small supermarkets for your additional shopping needs. It is necessary to have a car to explore the surroundings, but the village is well-served and regularly connected by public transport. The beach located 100m away with private access at the back of the residence will delight most of us, monitored during our stay, a clean place, with beautiful hikes along the well-marked and maintained coastal paths. Truly a beautiful place to visit, prefer the apartments facing the pool and with a sea view on the upper floors; be aware that those facing the side overlook the padel courts (noise and exclamations) and the bar restaurant of this very lively sports center even in the evening, so take this into account when making your reservation.

We visited as 3 adults over the bank holiday weekend in a 2 bed apartment. This was large and light and spotlessly clean . Kitchen was well equipped oven was spotless and we had a large fridge freezer, also a kettle, toaster and microwave. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and beds super comfy the mattresses looked new. Lounge had bi fold doors leading to a patio and we could see the sea. One bedroom had French doors onto the patio. The bathroom was spotless too it had a bath and a separate shower. We also had a washing machine located in a room next to the bathroom. They have a bar restaurant on the ground floor which we only used for drinks . Pool area was lovely again very clean and never really got busy. Grounds were-very pleasant and well maintained. The location was very good it’s a very short walk along a decked pathway to the beach and a short walk to various shops bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay every member of staff was lovely the English receptionist was really nice nothing was too much trouble. We like Santó Tomás it had a nice chilled vibe and feels very safe. We all enjoyed our stay it was relaxing and chilled. We would definitely return.
