Spectacular hotel to be super relaxed! Pool, Balinese beds, lounge chairs, the food delicious!

Just returned from a relaxing few days at the Caramelo Marina. We booked last minute and were very pleased that we could secure a junior suite at this excellent hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, as was the entire hotel. The housekeeping team are so hardworking - our room cleaned every day and beds changed every other day. The whole ethos of the hotel was to ensure guests had a stress-free time with them and it seems to work. Everyone we spoke to felt the same. The breakfast offering had something for everyone; it was all constantly being topped up and refreshed, meaning that late-risers had the same choices as the early birds. We also had an evening meal at the hotel. It was a particularly busy night but the staff kept their heads, were polite, friendly and helpful. Service with a smile! There is a bus stop opposite which has regular buses into Ciutadella town for 2.05 Euros. Well worth a visit. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would be very happy to return :)

Walked into an amazing brand new hotel and room was qaulity and spacious. The food is very good and would recommend getting the half board as you get 35 euros to spend on what you want during the day and food is high quality and very well priced. The staff from arriving were super friendly and the whole team is very professional and all seem very happy. It’s a cracking hotel for the price and like a high star hotel. The cleaners are very friendly and good at there jobs and the chefs look like they take pride in what they make. I would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone to come but not too many as it will go up in price 🤣🤣team Caramelo calla n Bosch give yourself a round of applause and thank you
