Amazing!!!! Could not fault the hotel or the staff, all absolutely amazing. Seen reviews before we went but can honestly say, make your own mind up..... Me and my partner just got back from 4 night short break here and from start to finish it was outstanding. The hotel is spotless, the staff are second to none and the food and drinks are great. I've been to many all inclusive where the staff are very much towards locals or favourites, but i can honestly say the staff made you feel like family... Maribel the 'mam' to 'david' the son and everyone in between. From reception to bar, restaurant to entertainment, they were all phenomenal. The cleaning staff were out this world as well..... As a frequent traveller, its not often i come back from somewhere so impressed i want to book up immediately again!........ Rooms have everything you need and more (you would normally pay extra for a fridge!)... My partners birthday while we were there n hotel left a card with a complimentary bottle of champagne in room for us..... Food in restaurant was fresh and replaced every 5/10 mins if that depending how busy but never had a cold or luke warm meal... Only reason this place i not 5 star, is possibly because of a lick of paint here or there.... Nothing at all that would effect your experience or quality of stay.... Turn left, 2 min to beach... Turn right, 2 min to mini mart/souvenir shop, 5 min to other bars etc but no need. Honest opinion... Couldn't rate this highly enough...... As a couple mid 40's, just before school hols, we loved it...... Young couples looking for nightlife then Menorca not the place (nothing to do with hotel) families with young ones, great 1st holiday... Families with slightly older kids or mid teens, then great base to be..... Any older than mid 40's, no kids, also great with plenty ramps and entertainment to suit all......... Can't thank the place and staff enough for making this holiday so memorable for me and my partner.

I cannot fault this hotel, and I will definitely be returning. Check in was quick and effecient, there were drinks in the reception and whilst one member of staff was booking in, another was sorting wrist bands and chatting to the new arrivals. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and room service was fantastic. The pools were great, there were plenty of loungers, even with the morning towelers, we always found a lounger, but not always with a parasol. There are activities around the main pool, with a smaller adult pool that was more relaxed. The food was fantastic, this is the only all inclusive I have been to where the food is hot and the desserts have flavour! 2 of our party are vegetarian, and there was akways a vegetarian option, and all the food was labelled, which was great. The pool bar choice is limited, but the restaurant is open most of the time anyway. The enertainment was good, I will say, this is not a great hotel for kids entertainment (which suited us as we did not have any small children) but there is bingo and a show every night. ALL the staff were exceptionally friendly and worked so hard, but smiling all of the time, but the bar staff were just fantastic! Dancing whilst working, chatting to staff, it just created such a lovely atmosphere. There is a beach a short walk away, which was lovely, especially in the evening when the bars come alive, this is a wonderful place to see the sunset. This is a relaxing hotel, and we enjoyed every minute. Well done to all the staff, thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will be returning, and that is something I have never done!

Not a 4 star , platinum Have to pay for towels, safe, Get 1 token a day per person to get drinks at bar. So can’t get a soft drink and an alcoholic one. Food: repetitive and bland. Drink: wine not good unless you buy a bottle of local wine from restaurant. Very limited all inclusive drinks , spirits and cocktails, more that you have to pay for on the menu. I complained to rep after 2 days. Other round the pool also complained about it and that it wasn’t good value. Rooms. Basic but okay, quite thin walls. Had a room with inland view which was quiet. Hotel in a nice spot, nice little cove and sea just across a road to rear of hotel, a few bars and restaurants locally. Entertainment was okay. Gym tiny and had to be booked in advance at reception. I personally wouldn’t return, although a few people say they are returning guests and like it. But it depends where you have been before I suppose and what experience you’ve had of other hotels. I wouldnt return as I think they are charging for a lot considering, meant to be all inclusive. It is clean and grounds well maintained.
