Hotel Montmelo

Pretty dirty in general. You hear everything from passing cars, to snoring and conversations in other rooms. The cleaning girl's been hitting and dragging beds since 7 a.m. The beds sink in the middle,

The hotel montmelo is a very clean and comfortable place. The receptionist, Luis, is a very helpful and kind man. The cleaning staff are great and they left the room spotless with clean towels and bedding every day. I would highly recommend this great value hotel. A great experience.

HORRIBLE....I give it a star because it can not be put less. I am staying four nights for the Spanish GP and the only good thing about the hotel is that it is 30' walk from the circuit. I have only stepped on it to sleep but even that I could not, apart from the bed is very uncomfortable, the two cleaning ladies are from 7 in the morning giving some voices and telling their life as if they were in a greengrocer (I have no need to know that one of them is very hot and that he has not brought shorts because he has not waxed...), as well as being dragging from very early both beds, chairs, the metal cart of clothes or the bucket of scrubbing throughout the corridor. It looks more like the house of terror with so much squeaking in front of a hotel. I understand that they are working, but it would not hurt a little respect and consideration for the customers we have paid and who we try to rest. But the most incredible thing of all is that they go banging on the doors at 9 in the morning to go in and clean the room, what if I get to be asleep and I don’t say that the room is occupied, they just go in? Amazing... at least they could have the detail of putting "do not disturb" signs on the doors. Of the room and bathroom better not to speak, they should seriously consider a reform and eliminate the aspect of poorness that they have (it does not give a very good impression a curtain in the bathtub the truth), as well as hire staff and not have the reception open only from 9:00 to 21:00. Anyway, I still have one more night to spend here and I'm looking forward to it. I will certainly not return to this place....
