Las Palmeras

This is the second time we have returned to these apartments and really think we could better our last holiday but we were wrong! Last year we stayed in an apartment (which was lovely) but this year we decided to stay in one of the bungalows. The bungalow faced the pool and had its own patio and sun loungers - perfect for if/when some quiet, down time was needed. The whole place was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the entertainment by the pool was pitched just right - not too much, not too loud. Richi was great and made sure everyone had fun with his pool games and made sure everybody was included - young and old. Apart from Sunday (when many Spanish people come for the day) there were PLENTY of sunbeds available. So refreshing to be able to arrive at the pool mid morning and to be spoilt for choice as where to sit! We have had another great family holiday and will definitely be returning again next year!!!

Very pleasant hotel, cleanliness, quiet, kindness of the staff. Beautiful, very well-maintained gardens, very pleasant pool.

Excellent holiday at this hotel. All of the staff are great, especially Richi and Lara who went above and beyond with the kids and made them feel special. Great activities for the kids and the bars and restaurants attached to the hotel are brilliant. Transferred from the apartments to nearby areas and the beach are really convenient to explore the island further.
