Maribel Villas

We are looking to book your villas for a family holiday next year. Please can you tell me whether these are secure and whether you are able to request a certain villa? We have an autistic daughter and security and visuals would be. Big part of our decision to book. Holiday with you x

The rooms were in an apartment rather than the villa we expected? The resort was closing down and was a compound with shops and restaurants that I thought were not value for money.

Amazing Villa, staff at reception were so helpful and couldn't of done anymore for us. The only problem was, we were dropped of by the transfer company, at 10pm in the middle of a road, where the 20 Villas were situated. There was no reception in the vicinity of the Villas and no one around to advise us where to go. We were having trouble accessing the Internet at the time. We walked around to try to find someone who could help. By midnight we were still in the road,unable to find out where to go to check in. At no time during the booking procedure was I informed that the reception was 3 streets and a 15 minute walk away from the Villa. I rang the emergency number for loveholidays, spoke to 3 different people and no one knew what to do. They advised to try and book somewhere else, and they would remberse me later. Cut a long story short, we eventually found reception at 3.30 am, which obviously wasn't open. There was a note stuck to the door with my name and Villa number, advising the Villa was open and ready for us. I've never been so relieved. We eventually got to our Villa at 4am. We had a lovely holiday and would definatly go again, as the staff and Villa was amazing. Maybe there should be more information regarding the check in procedure at the point of booking.
