Amazing short holiday in Prinsotel La Caleta. The atmosphere is so relaxing and friendly. My room was new, clean and comfortable, with al services needed. The hotel is near the bus station from which you can reach Ciutadela or Cala d'en Bosch. Otherwise, if you need to go to different locations, they have a bike renting service but they can also call a taxi for you! Breakfast was insane, you have really a lot of choiche for sweets, salads, egg, bakery, coffees, drinks and whatever you want. Service is fast and precise. The pool is fine, big enough for all guests. All the staff is amazing, very professional and friendly at the same time. A special mention for Alexandra and Necta. Alexandra is one of the best receptionist I met, she can assist you in everything and you can also have pleasant conversations with her. Absolutely top! You can find Necta as all-rounder in the hotel and as bouncer and entertainer in one of the clubs in the port of Ciutadela. Amazing! I'll come back in Menorca and in Prinsotel La Caleta very soon. We absolutely loved our stay at the Primrose Hotel. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The breakfast offered an incredible variety, so you really are spoiled for choice. The apartments were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were all genuinely lovely, friendly, and always happy to help. We had a wonderful time during our stay and would happily recommend the Primrose Hotel to anyone. We would definitely love to come back!

We spent a very beautiful week at the Prinsotel La Caleta. Two large pools, ideal for relaxing after hot days. Very kind reception staff. Very beautiful room well-insulated from the noise of other rooms (not from the hallway noise, however). Half-board: lots of different choices, it's not French-quality cuisine, but it satisfied us. If we ever return to Mallorca, there is a good chance we will book a room here again.
