We booked for 4 nights. Unfortunately our room was located above a water tank, a motor (blower) would start every 20 seconds. We were offered another room after 2 nights. No compensation. Breakfast is fruitless and dairy free... otherwise the place is clean and the lady of the welcome so kind that it is difficult to blame her. However, the management should be careful not to put holidaymakers in this room in the future until it is repaired and especially since the hotel was not complete...

The young ladies at the reception are very helpful. Maybe they can speak some English but everything worked out in Spanish. we could park every day a short distance away. In high season, that will be a disaster. You can park in front of the complex for loading and unloading. The internet speed varied between 23.5 and 24.2 Mb in various measurements. More than enough. Open closet in bedroom, you just put your stuff in it. At home I shouldn't have it but on vacation very convenient. Special is the waste separation in the room: paper/cardboard, plastic/packaging, residual waste (mainly food scrap). Everything functions, but out-dated. Breakfast is brought every day. Sandwiches, butter, various kinds of toppings. Cereals. Also milk, fruit juice, water and coffee pods. Everything in sufficient quantity and adjustment in quantity or products can be arranged. One handles wishes smoothly. Minus with this (low season) approach is that the delivery takes place between 12:00 and 16:00 (on your table inside). Croissants are not really fresh the next morning. I don't mind if the basket of stuff is put in front of the door at 7:00 or 8:00. Even better that there is a knock and in case of no response the stuff behind the door are put inside. Whether we're asleep or awake, I don't care. All in all, you should rate a hotel or apartment by value for money. And that is completely in order at Apartements Royal Life.

Spacious, clean apartment with a garden view and a nice terrace. Good location, but not much around unless you walk to the town or the marina. Lovely pool area with lots of sun beds. The breakfast is good value. The staff are lovely. However, there were dirty dishes in the cupboard when we arrived!! Plates, cups, and glasses were filthy and we had to wash them. There was oil and butter on the plates. The bathroom was very dated. I understand they get black mould when not in use over winter, but the cleaning of the mould was very, very poor. We could see where the mould was wiped off but some of it was still there. Black mould is still on the ceiling, around the bath/shower area, and on the walls. The coiled hairdryer lead was full of black mould on the inside - would not touch it. The beds were so hard and my back ached the next day. No AC in the bedroom, which the mosquitoes loved. But otherwise, these apartments are really lovely and I would recommend them. There is a full bar, but it was not open and when we asked to buy a drink, we were told no.
