Spa Sagitario Playa

I stayed with my family at this hotel the last week of July. The room was very nice, always clean, daily towel change. The restaurant buffet is not really 4-star, dishes almost always repetitive, as an Italian I wanted to eat a plate of pasta with tomato sauce cooked on the spot. The paella was very good. I did half board, I had to buy drinks every evening (water, wine, etc...). When they could have put water dispensers in the dining room. Someone tell the waitress (the one with glasses) that a smile every now and then never hurts. I thought there was a bit of entertainment, but instead nothing at all, just a bit of piano bar. Overall (from 1 to 10) a 7 vacation.

I returned this morning from Menorca, I really had a good time at the hotel.. quiet, clean (the rooms were made up every day), small but nice pool area, like the spa.. the food was good, yes, it's true, sometimes the next day you would find the things from the day before reinvented in a new way but that's okay too, let's avoid waste.. I also found paella, meats always cooked to order, fruit and desserts, few but well presented (one evening even tiramisu), well-stocked breakfast, you won't starve... Cala Blanca location is good, close to the bus, I had rented a car so I didn't use public services. I read about bad attitudes in some of the staff, it never happened to me, on the contrary.. reception, waiters, bartenders and cleaning ladies all with a smile on their faces.. a special thanks to the gentleman at reception this morning at 5 who opened the room for us to have breakfast before leaving, he was very thoughtful to bring us as many things as possible to eat and to ensure that our bus arrived for our departure.. Thank you from the heart for everything, we hope to see each other again, recommended if you want a quiet hotel where you feel good!

We spent 10 days at this hotel. Very kind and helpful staff, the room was very large and spacious, it was cleaned in the morning. Excellent cleaning. The pools were also always clean and perfect for families. Good food, there was a chef who cooked grilled meat and fish live at dinner and eggs/pancakes/omelets at breakfast. The dinners were a bit repetitive, with many vegetables with béchamel sauce... it could improve for the Italian clientele. The hotel is in an excellent location both for the beach of Cala Blanca and for an evening stroll because it is close to a small center. The reception was very kind and efficient, they even lent us a beach umbrella for the public beach. Very kind Every evening there was different entertainment, but it ended around 10:30/11:00 PM and we did not have any kind of disturbance from the noise.
