We stayed here for 3 nights in early August, paying around €1,200 for two people, and unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price. The biggest issue happened on our third evening. When we booked, we were told we would have to change rooms for the last night, but one week before arrival we received an email saying this was no longer necessary. The receptionist also confirmed this when we arrived. On our third evening, we returned from the beach and found the keys still in our door. When we entered, there were 3 children in our room. We initially thought it was a mistake, but then discovered that all of our belongings had been removed from the room without our knowledge or permission. We went to reception and were suddenly told that we actually had to change rooms and that the previous information was a "mistake." What was especially unacceptable was how the situation was handled afterwards. A man became extremely aggressive and started yelling at us, particularly at my girlfriend, accusing us of entering the children's room. This was the room we had been told was ours, so we were just as shocked as he was. The hotel staff allowed him to speak to us aggressively and yell at us, despite the fact that the entire situation had been caused by the hotel's own mistake. Instead of defending us or taking responsibility, the receptionist simply kept calling it a "misunderstanding." There was no proper apology or accountability. My headphones were also lost during the hotel's transfer, and despite being lost while in their care, there was no offer to replace them. The rest of the stay also had issues: inconvenient parking with a long walk to the rooms, a repetitive breakfast with limited choice, €4 charged for each half avocado, and only one iron for the entire hotel. We also tried to change our towels and were told there were no clean ones available. The showers were also disappointing, and notably there are no proper pictures of them on the main booking platforms. After seeing them ourselves, we understood why. For €1,200 for 3 nights, we expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, the hotel is simply not worth the price and I would not recommend staying here.

During our stay at the rural hotel Sant Joan de Binissaida we had the opportunity to taste its organic extra virgin olive oil Binissaida, made with Arbequina olives. It is a high quality oil, with a mild and balanced flavor, combining fruity and slightly sweet notes, very characteristic of this variety. It is rating that it is a careful and proximity product, with a delicate texture and fresh aroma, ideal both for breakfast and to accompany salads or Mediterranean dishes. In addition, the small format of 100 ml is perfect as a detail or souvenir of the place. An excellent reflection of the essence of Menorca: natural, authentic and sustainable. 🌿✨

Sant Joan de Binissaida isn't just a hotel, it's a little slice of heaven. The grounds are immaculate and inspire a sense of calm unlike any place I've ever been. My soul felt nourished and my spirit was lifted. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive and help foster a the sense of wellbeing the resort instills in guests. They offer a wide array of services like massages, olive cultivation tours, olive oil tasting, wine tasting and exceptional dinners. Words really can't express how appreciative we are of their dedication to their crafts and their attention to detail. They made it all look effortless and yet they provided an experience I will remember for a lifetime. A sincere and heart felt thank you to everyone there, and applause is due for doing all of this with a focus on protecting and healing our planet.
