Cavanna

We stayed for about 10 days and the truth is that everything was quite good, but the last two days some families who were friends of the director arrived with all-inclusive, which no one else at the hotel had, and they destroyed everything, exhausted everything; they ordered slushies, ice cream, and drinks incessantly (since it is assumed they paid for it), but then there was neither cold drinks nor anything else, and at night they left the entertainment stage dirty, their children were continuously climbing onto the stage while their parents were at the bar, horrible. I want to thank Daniel and Natalia from the pool/beach bar, you are spectacular, I already miss you, and the rest of the staff was also very good, from the front desk, waiters, and cleaning staff, which... was average; my family is blonde and there were always black hairs there... you had to tell them to give you gel and shampoo, otherwise, they would play dumb; the grass had aphids and was a bit gross, and the food was fine, but it was always the same and sometimes you had to set the table yourself if you wanted to have breakfast and lunch... the elevators were full of dead mosquitoes everywhere and sometimes you had to wait; it is August, I know you cannot ask for more, but I think the family made my stay worse and in the end, that is what I am left with, since it is not fair that some enjoy an all-inclusive and others do not; my stay was not very good.

A 4-star embarrassment: dangerous, unsanitary, and terrible management. We spent a family stay and the experience has been unacceptable. Upon checking the box spring of the main bed, we discovered that it was completely destroyed, frayed, with the foam torn off and the wood and iron structure exposed directly to the floor. An absolute hotbed of dirt, dust mites, and, above all, a real danger to anyone's physical integrity, especially when traveling with children. When we notified the front desk, the hotel's only response was to make excuses: that they were full and did not have extra beds available due to the volume of people, forcing us to sleep on that broken furniture. You had to clear the tables of the previous guests yourself to be able to set your own and eat, otherwise no one would do it for you; mold in the bathtub, a leak in the bathroom ceiling that would drip water on you while you were using the toilet. Do not step foot in this hotel; it does not have the quality, maintenance, or safety required for its category. A vacation scam

We have a reservation at this hotel for July, but after seeing the news about the balcony collapse, we are now insecure about going, and with the bad reviews, is there any information about the safety of that hotel?
