Mangalan Hotel & Spa

My sister and I visited in August and were a little disappointed with our stay. The floor in our room was filthy when we checked in so we asked for this to be cleaned. Well I honestly couldn’t tell you if it had been done or not! The sliding door onto the balcony did not lock or shut properly. I did mention this to reception but nothing was done about it during our stay. We were on the 6th floor so locking wasn’t the end of the world. The beds are very hard. The pool does not open until 10:30am every day. The hotel is meant to be adults only however there were a few young children in the pool when we were there. The Spa was fully booked when we arrived so we weren’t able to have any treatment however every time we went down there it was empty. The bar also does not open until 10:30. One morning I really wanted a bottle of water so asked reception if they had any and I was told I had to wait until 10:30. There is a vending machine but we could not get it to work. The hotel is in a nice location on the strip with nice sea views. I personally would not stay here again

Everything good, especially Dani, a very good and approachable entertainer, he made our stay very pleasant.

Room: Odulina did a perfect cleaning job and was always very kind. Maintenance: Jorge and Ulises were very attentive, approachable, and professional. Reception: Fany and Juanma treated us phenomenally. Dining room: Hugo just started, but we thought he was a real star: very attentive, kind, and professional. During my stay, I suffered a fall in the bathroom and I want to especially thank Fany (reception) and Loli (management) for how they treated me. Their concern, attention, and warmth were unbeatable. Thank you all so much for your treatment!!!
